Job Description : As a Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving our company's sales growth and fostering strong customer relationships.

Your primary responsibility will involve promoting and selling our extensive range of hoses and belting products to both existing and prospective clients.

Working closely with our sales team, you'll collaborate with various departments to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Knowledge : Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and pursue prospective customers through strategic lead generation activities.
• Customer Engagement : Reach out to new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Product Presentation : Highlight product features that address customer requirements and solve their problems effectively.
• Customer Support : Address customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Negotiation : Negotiate prices and terms with customers, ensuring mutual satisfaction and preparing sales agreements.
• Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues across various departments to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
• Relationship Management : Maintain organized contact lists and follow up with customers regularly to nurture relationships and facilitate repeat business.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
