Surface Experts - NE Philadelphia is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative Near Langhorne, PA

Position Overview
Surface Experts is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our range of surface repair and refinishing solutions. Your primary focus will be on generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets in your designated territory.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Paid holidays.
  • Allowance for travel and business expenses - must qualify for and be willing to drive Company car for commuting and job duties.

 Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the assigned territory through cold-calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends, and align the company's offerings accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Present Surface Experts' products and services to potential clients in a clear and compelling manner, showcasing their value proposition and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, pricing, and contracts while adhering to company guidelines and policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-daterecords of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Attend regular sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Achieve and exceed established sales targets and goals within the assigned territory.
Required Qualifications: 
  • Proven track record in outside sales, with a strong history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels of an organization.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Skills: 
  • Knowledge of the surface repair and refinishing industry or related fields is a plus.
  • General working knowledge of property management and/or construction industries 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with Vonigo and Power BI
