Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Bond Processing Supervisor to lead our team of Bond Processing Specialists. This pivotal role involves overseeing the efficient processing of bond policies, enhancing team performance, and ensuring compliance with both industry standards and client expectations.

_ Responsibilities:_

- Lead and manage a team of 5-10 Bond Processing Specialists, ensuring efficient team operations and high-quality output.

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in bond processing.

- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all bond documents meet compliance and accuracy standards.

- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Address and resolve escalated client issues, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

- Prepare and analyze operational reports, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Collaborate with sales teams and other stakeholders to support overall company objectives.

_ Qualifications:_

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years experience in bonding, insurance processing, or a closely related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with industry-specific software.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
