We are looking to add an experienced Medical Assistant to our team!
Essential Functions/Responsibilities of a Medical Assistant (other duties may be assigned):
Greet patients and escort them to the treatment room, making sure patients are comfortable and prepare the feet for an exam by physician.
- Assists in exam room with doctors.
- Exam room set up/close/re-stock
- Flexibility to work with multiple doctors
- Flexibility to travel to other FASMA locations as needed
- Provide administrative support such as Updating patient’s medical history/medications, Prior Authorizations in EMR system
- Dispense DME
- Perform digital radiography
- Assist front desk as needed
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a cheerful, energetic, Medical Assistant to travel between our Main office in the Symmes Township/Mason area as well as our Cheviot location. Traveling is required.
Position Hours:
Main office: M, T, W 7:30am - 5:30pm & TH,F 7:30am-3:00pm
Requirements:
2 Years as a Medical Assistant (Back Office) required
GXMO preferred
Job Type: Full-time
