MARKETING COORDINATOR

Sure Steel is looking for individuals to join our business development team as Marketing Coordinator. This is an onsite position located in So Weber, Utah. Sure Steel is a subcontractor in the structural steel, pre-engineered metal building industries with projects and offices all over the country.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the business development team and executive team to maintain Sure Steel’s LinkedIn presence and to identify other online marketing opportunities.
• Assist with maintaining a consistent company brand between regions and projects.
• Create marketing presentations.
• Create and maintain digital marketing campaigns.
• Assist assembling project proposals using the Adobe Suite of products.

• Excellent project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• The ability to recognize and respond to potential problems, especially prior to them becoming a larger issue.
• Excellent written and spoken English, as well as excellent interpersonal skills in written and verbal communication.
• Sound understanding of marketing principles
• Able to work with various content management and online marketing systems
• Highly self-motivated and able to take initiative.
• Must be flexible to work nights and weekends - not typical 9am -5pm work week.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation/vehicle.
• May be required to travel.
• Demonstrated experience leading and training others.
• Ability to communicate and articulate digital media products and options and adapt to alternatives when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English or Journalism preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the construction industry
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and MS Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong computer skills, creative/graphic design and layout skills and use of other media in marketing proposals, presentations, and related collateral material
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent written, interpersonal/communication, and customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,000.00 - $68,027.12 per year
