REQUIREMENTS:
•Repetitive hand and arm movements, repetitive grasping, bending, and reaching
•Responsible for moving or lifting an average of 30-50 pounds
•Exposure to extreme temperatures (coolers, cooking equipment, etc.)
•The safe and proper handling of knives, kitchen utensils, and equipment
•Maintains a sanitary kitchen by adhering to state and local sanitation, storage, and refrigeration requirements and codes; cleaning equipment
•Requires basic food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards
•Follows recipes and/or product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, carving, and serving food items which may include meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food products
•Stocks, dates, rotates, and temperature checks of products
