Home Health RN - DAYS

• Must possess current driver’s license and current Colorado RN licensure
• CPR certification
• Must have the ability to lift, push pull, or move patients, equipment, or supplies in excess of fifty pounds with or without the use of adaptive/assistive devices.
• Must be COVID vaccinated
• OASIS experience preferred
• These are not 12-hour shifts

A car will be provided for home health visits.

Pay: $64.00 - $65.00 per hour
