Supports is a local organization that provides services for participants with intellectual disabilities in Crawford County.

We are currently interviewing for two full time Universal staff positions! This position carries a 30-40 per week schedule that may include include day, evening, overnight or the occasional block shifts. May include weekend schedules.

Working wages are between $19-20 per hour. Benefit eligibility begins after the probationary period. Benefits include: PTO, family vision, family dental, life insurance, mileage reimbursement, 4O1K, 4O1k match, available medical benefits, bonuses and more.

Duties include: Providing general every day support, meal preparation, medication administration, supporting and engaging participants with community outings, attending medical appointments, programming needs, assisting with daily living/ self help skills such as hygiene and personal care.

Candidates are required to have valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, car insurance, in most cases have a high school diploma/ GED, be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass criminal clearances/drug screen.
