SupplyLink is Hiring a HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER Near Hurricane, UT
What you will do:
- Oversee the writing and distributing of training flows, programs, and apprenticeships for all positions
- Prequalify team members for transfers and promotions
- Keep personnel files up to date for all team members
- Meet with team members on post to gauge productivity
- Oversee exit interviews and team member resignations
- Handle all terminations
- Ensure retention of team members is high
- Work to resolve any issues that are brought up during check-ins

- Strong ability to confront people and situations
- High personal integrity
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and ADP
- Task-oriented
- Able to handle stress and high-pressure situations well
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
What you must bring:
- Willing to travel between St. George and Hurricane
- Open and willing to work in the warehouse to show production and understanding as training for your post
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Compassion and empathy
- Great listening skills
- Trustworthy and reliable
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour with the opportunity for monthly bonuses
