Job Description

Global Performance Management is a strategic focus topic addressing a key enabler of Strategy 2020 and will be critical to achieve our financial aspirations. Initiated by the Global Supply Chain Board, it will for the first time bring cross-functional data into a standardized framework enabling stream-lined but targeted Performance Dialogs from operations- to global-level across all regions, and ultimately be a key steps towards becoming more data-driven as a Division.

Roll-out and further development of Divisional Performance Mgmt. (DPM) - support in establishing a standardized, state-of-the-art, digitalized approach to performance management for all Supply Chain P&L owners (~10-15k users) and set foundation for shift from reporting to value-creating activities and future divisional capability enhancements to leverage digitalization (data analytics/ predictions incl. commercial potential)

The role requires good foundation in the area of project/ program management, communication and mediation skills as well as a key capability in regard of conceptual and analytical work.

Responsibilities

Roll-out Divisional Performance Mgmt. Suite (DPM Suite)

• Support in establishing a globally consistent performance management approach along the P&L hierarchy of Supply Chain globally, from Global CEO to Operations managers across all different functions (Finance, Ops, BD, IT, HR, etc.)

• Contribute to successful roll-out to respective P&L owners and delegates (~15,000 users globally)

• Mediate across functions to support DPM's success and mitigate any dependency risks

Establish Divisional Performance Mgmt. (DPM) as the foundation of SC's Mgmt. Review Process (MRP)

• Support global communication efforts related to regional and country roll-outs

• Provide regions/countries with up-to-date and meaningful change management material/ tools

• Support in monitoring post-deployment activities to ensure sustainable change

• Act as point of contact for various feedback-channels as basis for future improvements

• Support with establishing knowledge-transfer and best-practice platform to utilize gained transparency through DPM and encourage exchange amongst target audience

Further develop Divisional Performance Mgmt. Suite (DPM Suite)

• Support with expansion of scope and benefits of Divisional Performance Mgmt. to Funtional dashboards (e.g. FPM, OPM, BDPM, HRPM, DPM Weekly)

• Coordinate implementation of additional KPIs/ data sources into DPM Suite and collaborate with functional owners to prepare respective KPI alignment, automatic data provision and global roll-out

• Support in exploring the option of use of predictive analytics to turn DPM more forward-looking

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent, required
  • Masters Degree, preferred
  • 5 years experience in business or supply chain
