We're looking for a Senior Designer to join our team in New York! 

About the role:

Senior Designers drive the culture of our studio with excellent craft and communication abilities.

Like us, you're a creative optimist. You enjoy moving mountains as a daily task, relentless in the cause of great ideas being victorious.

More specifically, you will be a ‘hands on’ member of our design team. You will be passionate about ideating, sculpting, and defining creative ideas and strategic thinking within our design studio.

About you:

• You are capable of leading workstreams and working with small teams of designers while passionately driving the creative work.
• You will be comfortable presenting work to clients with guidance from Creative Directors.
• You inspire and promote the culture around you, weather that be a client, strategist, designer or program manager.
• You make design decisions that engage and inspire designers, with a hunger for delightful and simple solutions to complex design problems.
• You are sane, likeable and enthusiastic about collaboration between writers, strategists, designers, art directors and everybody else in the world.
• You help Creative directors set the standard for craft within the studio, providing clear and decisive feedback to designers, writers and strategists.
• Have strong convictions about how the future of design and technology will affect the planet.
• You are a consummate professional but also a human being who recognizes that new business, deadlines, clients and the creation of brilliant creative solutions aren’t always a day at the beach. You even recognize that a day at the beach isn’t always a day at the beach.
