Job Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming calls and walk-ins.
• Identify and understand client needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle quoting, endorsements and take ownership of the renewal process.
• Cultivate enduring relationships with clients through clear and engaging communication.
• Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
• Address complaints promptly, offering effective solutions and ensuring resolution.
• Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and process accounts accordingly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of client service experience in personal or commercial lines insurance.
• Possession of a Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management system experience.
