Job Description

A Warehouse Clerk is responsible for completing the following duties:

• Manage the storage of our inventory products, along with shipping and receiving. This involves both purchased parts and manufactured sub-assemblies
• Sizing Loads
• Prepare paperwork for international shipments (customs)
• Bill of Lading Creation
• Process incoming freight
• Loading Trucks
• Aftermarket Parts Shipment Coordination
• Confirm Ship orders
• Prepare the Ready to Ship List
• Work with Team Lead on completing Cycle Counts
• Prepare packages and paperwork for ship-outs
• Use forklift to store and deliver parts to manufacturing lines
• Inventory maintained accurately
• Parts are delivered to production line on-time
• Staging is done accurately, according to Bill of Material
• All tasks are completed within predefined parameters
• Supervisor informed of progress on regular basis
• Work area is clean and orderly
• Equipment is operated safely
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred
• Computer literate
