Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate internal resources and vendors to ensure all projects are delivered on-time, per scope, and within budget.
- Work closely with the Safety Director to uphold site safety standards, ensuring all processes and practices adhere to safety protocols.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking and time management skills to efficiently handle project tasks and deadlines.
- Support your Supervisor and align with company decisions to drive project success and organizational goals.
- Manage Construction Management projects from contract signing to final completion, collaborating with on-site teams and subcontractors, maintaining project schedules and budgets, ensuring quality workmanship, and facilitating seamless transitions between project stages.
