Superior Cleaners and Tailors is a full service dry cleaning and laundry business. We are family owned and operated and have been in business for over 50 years with 8 convenient store locations.

We have both part time and full time positions available in our 8 convenient store locations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed the customer's experience and satisfaction
• Take control of daily store operations including: customer relationships, inventory management, complete necessary compliance work
• Cultivate an environment of Superior Customer Service
• Proficiency in operating the business point of sale software
• Proper handling and care of customer's clothing
• Answer and take phone messages
• Assist in all business operations as needed
• Maintain the proper cleanliness and physical appearance of the store

Qualifications and Skills: * Positive, can-do, and take ownership attitude

• Trustworthy and responsible
• Prior work experience in retail, customer service or management
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to accurately and efficiently follow directions
• Excellence in oral and written communication skills
• Escalate and communicate customer requests and issues to management

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
