Technical Procedure Writer
- Salary: $40 - $60 per hour
- Location: New York, 10021
- Part Time to Full Time: 20 - 40 Hours
Our client's 74th St station is looking to bring on a contract Technical Procedure Writer for Operations/Capital Projects for a large oil conversion project.
Description:
- Develop a check-off list to line up the new systems from a complete hold-off condition.
- Develop a procedure to place the HP/PB/GT oil system in service. Or other new systems installed
- Develop a procedure to lay up the oil system.
- Develop a procedure to drain/purge the oil system.
- Update current unit startup/ shutdown oil procedures for the HP/PB/GTs. Or other new systems installed
- Update and/or develop new ARPs
- Develop job plans for all new PMs
- Update rover rounds
Requirements:
- 5 years of fossil fuel startup/operations power experience
- Mechanical Engineering degree preferred but will consider any other engineering discipline
