At SuperATV we are working to WOW our customers with innovative, race-tested products and world-class customer service. Currently, we have an opportunity to add an Accounting Coordinator to our team to primarily focus on accounts receivable. This highly detail oriented role will help continue SuperATV’s growth and impact in the off-roading industry.

Primary Job Duties

• Responsible for credit card payment reconciliation
• Responsible for processing accounts receivable and debt collection
• Responsible for bank deposits, petty cash
• Responsible for lockbox deposits and management
• Responsible for setting up new terms accounts and communication with customers
• Will provide backup support to additional Accounting Coordinator positions

Qualified candidates must be highly detail oriented as this is heads down transactional based work. The qualified candidate must have strong computer skills particularly in Microsoft Excel, problem solving skills, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical skills and be a self-starter. This position is a customer facing opportunity that requires excellent customer service both internally and externally. An associate’s degree or certificate in a related field is preferred, but not required.
