Our team of former senior I.T. professionals is here to assist you through the use of our proven recruiting process.Job DescriptionResponsibilities: Provide administrative support for a senior manager and select members of teamSchedule internal and external meetings and conference calls, coordinate conference rooms, luncheons, etc.Anticipate full range of needs for client visits and coordinate internally as appropriateAnswer, screen and route high volume of time sensitive phone calls; communicate accurate and detailed messagesCoordinate travel arrangements including flight, hotel and ground transportationProcess travel & entertainment reports and reimbursementsServe as key liaison for the team with internal groups and support areas across the firmQualificationsRequirements: Four to seven years executive/support experience and/or other related experience within financial services industryAbility to perform in fast paced environmentHigh level of attention to detailAbility to effectively work with senior level individuals throughout the FirmExcellent organizational skills; detail orientedStrong time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficientlyResourceful and able to handle multiple and changing prioritiesProactive in following up on details, anticipating issues, and closing loops on all requestsMust have excellent phone manner and a strong customer service focus in a time sensitive environmentAbility to exercise discretion when managing confidential informationMust be teamwork oriented and also be able to work independently with minimal guidanceProficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookEnjoys a fast-paced, dynamic environment and using independent judgement.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
