Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Equipment Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in equipment repair, mechanical knowledge, and exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair on industrial dishwashers
- Diagnose issues using schematics and technical manuals
- Provide excellent customer service while on-site
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot problems efficiently
- Maintain inventory and keep good billing practices
Skills:
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics
- Strong customer service orientation
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment repair
- Experience with minor plumbing and minor electrical
- Ability to perform as a delivery driver when needed
