Super 8 By Wyndham Auburn is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Auburn, CA

We are looking to add team members to the front desk staff for morning shifts and a graveyard auditor. We are looking for an individual that is looking to being part of the company for a long period of time. Must be able to work on the weekends and holidays.

The following is required to apply for this position:

-Must be at least 18 years or older to apply

-Hotel Clerk Experience (Preferred)

-Customer Service Experience (Required)

-Basic Computer Knowledge (Microsoft/Excel/Etc.)

-Must be able to work weekends/holidays

-Must be able to work the shift you are being hired for

-Open availability preferred (Available to pick up overtime hours/different shifts)

-Reliable form of transportation

-Team Player

-Multi Tasker

-Problem Solver

-Punctuality is a must

As a front desk receptionist for the morning and grave positions, responsibilities are the following but not limited to:

-Welcoming guests, checking them in, distributing room keys, and explaining the hotel’s amenities/policies

-Managing reservations made online, by phone, by email, and in person

-Processing guests' payments by debit/credit card, cash, and managing deposits

-Answering phones, answering emails, giving directions, and answering questions about the local area.

-Assisting guests with any complaints

-Light Cleaning/ Daily to do list

-Disinfecting/ Sanitizing per health department guidelines (CDC)

-Room checks

-Property Check

-Printing daily reports

-Checking guests out

-Property check

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 35 per week
