Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist at Suntek Systems Inc. As a Technical Support Specialist , you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers. This includes diagnosing and troubleshooting software issues, training users on how to effectively use our logistics management software, conducting research to stay updated on industry trends and new technologies, and handling electronics related to the software.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in providing training and support to users
  • Knowledge and experience in Windows, MS Office Products, TCP/IP network (email, Fax , Web, FTP, and Socket Communication)
  • Basic knowledge and experience in MS SQL Server Setup, Configuration, Backup and Restore, Database Replication
  • Windows Server Administration, IIS Administration, Virtual Machine Setup
  • Experience in configuring of Cisco Router and Juniper Firewall
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.22 - $26.62 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
