Come join our team!About the Internship ProgramAs a participant in the program, you will join our team as a Credit Analyst intern, working on the front lines of our business responsible for evaluating renewable energy finance opportunities for commercial borrowers. As part of the deal team your responsibilities will include diligence support, a quantitative and qualitative assessment of the borrower, as well as the renewable energy benefits of the solar system. Your evaluation will be detailed oriented, evidence based, and well documented. As a Credit Analyst Intern, you will need excellent written, interpersonal, and Excel-based analytical skills. You will work very closely with our customers who are both the owners and installers of solar projects. As part of a startup, you will not work in a silo. You will go above and beyond your job description to help us meet our goals and you will have the opportunity to improve our processes, develop our standards, and collaborate on the development of our tech platform. Key Program Details & Eligibility
- Must be pursuing a 4-year undergraduate degree with plans to graduate during or before June 2025
- The program is in-person at our NYC office and will last 10 weeks from June to August 2024
- This is a full-time, paid internship ($1,000 / week)
- Upon completion of the program, you will be considered for a full-time role with a start date in 2025
- You are smart, hard-working and passionate about making an impact and building an innovative business
- You are analytically minded and detail-oriented
- You have excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
- You are flexible and have an entrepreneurial mindset – changing course and helping out where its needed is no sweat to you
