The Proposal Specialist/Data Analyst will be focused on the coordination and production of cohesive proposals including technical, contractual and pricing information. You will be a critical part of accurate and efficient delivery of proposals for our Sales Representatives to present to our customers and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of emails and transferring data into our systems.
• Make necessary updates and changes to the calendar as new information comes in.
• Enter prospect data by reviewing, correcting, or deleting; combining data from multiple emails when information is incomplete and/or changed.
• Analyzing of customer utility bills.
• Design and generate accurate solar proposals
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
• Maintain operations by following policies and procedures.
