We are looking for a self-driven, ambitious, and energetic individual with great Communication and Organization skills to schedule, reschedule and call leads to set the appointment for our Outside Sales Representatives. No cold calling! Calls are both inbound and outbound where you will play a crucial role in promoting solar and educating customers about the benefits of going solar. These are not cold calls! These are warm fresh leads! You will also have the potential to close deals as you grow and prove yourself in this position.

This is an in-office position Monday through Friday between the hours of 1:00pm to 7:00pm. The right individual will be detail oriented and can prioritize multiple tasks at a time.

Requirements

· Schedule 15-30 appointments/week

· Ability to adjust to inbound and outbound sales calls

· Call on warm and hot leads to set appointments

· Pre-qualify the homeowner

· Manage leads by tracking and following up on them

· Educate prospective customers on products and services

· Respond to leads quickly and professionally, speed to lead

· Provide exceptional customer service while working with other associates

· Understand and enjoy working in a CRM to meet daily, weekly, monthly goals

Qualifications:

· Working knowledge of MS Office products

· Experience setting appointments

· Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

· Computer savvy and capable of learning other computer applications
