Full-Time Shift: Monday – Friday, Occasional weekends if needed
Shift Hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM
Primary Responsibilities:

• Requires Forklift certification
• Cardboard baler training
• Pressure washer training
• Chemical mixing training
• Keeping the north pad clean and organized
• Managing the tractor trailer with pallets and cardboard
• Dumping and recording food waste
• Maintaining the dumpsters and covers
• Cleaning cull totes
• Communicating with Sanitation team lead regarding trash/waste/cardboard/pallet pickup
• Overall cleanliness of the north pad area
• Cleans and drains dumpsters as needed
• Provide support as back-up housekeeper as needed
• Trains and supports departmental and non-departmental employees as needed
• Cross-train and assist in other areas of the department as needed
• Performs other duties as needed
• Wears all necessary personal protective equipment required for each task

Education/Background Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• One to three-year(s) experience in the sanitation field
• Understand company specific job-related applications of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration
• Understand job specific applications of GMPs
• Understands and applies proper cleaning and sanitizing practices
• Understand company Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures
• Understand basic operational and preventive maintenance of dispensers
• Must be able to work independently and follow instructions as given

Working Conditions:

• Must occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Requires bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, repetitive motion
• May work near moving equipment
