- Shadow Sunrise clients to evaluate business processes in areas such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cash and Bank, Project Accounting, and Forecasting
- Draft recommendations on how business processes transfer into D365
- Setup D365 to function according to specified recommendations, first presenting the setup to the Sunrise team and then to the client
- Migrate client data from legacy system(s) to D365
- Prepare the client for system go-live by facilitating mock go- lives
- Train client employees on D365 functionality to successfully complete day-to-day tasks
