Responsibilities:

Lead design sessions for functional requirements in PeopleSoft Supplier Contract Management.

Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade software systems, interfacing with related systems.

Analyze business procedures to align technology needs, driving optimal solutions.

Serve as liaison between business units, tech teams, and support teams.

Provide superior customer service, resolving issues and documenting resolutions.

Engage stakeholders in regular dialogue about business needs.

Skills/Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of PeopleSoft Supply Chain and Finance experience in Healthcare.
• Thorough knowledge of PeopleSoft Supplier Contract Management and related modules.
• B.S. in Information Systems, Supply Chain, or Business Management; Masters preferred.
• 5 years of IT leadership experience in Finance and Supply Chain systems.
• Proficient in optimizing PeopleSoft FSCM applications for user experience.
• Strong communication skills; able to convey technical ideas clearly.
• Ability to lead in a collaborative business environment.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
