Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of canvassers to effectively communicate our organization's message
- Develop and implement canvassing strategies to reach target audiences
- Train and mentor canvassers on effective communication and sales techniques
- Coordinate and oversee door-to-door and telemarketing campaigns
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with marketing team to align canvassing efforts with overall marketing strategy

Skills:
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of electioneering practices and market trends
- Ability to negotiate effectively with potential supporters
