For me, that’s a big breath of fresh air."- Sunrise Leader At Sunrise, the IT Manager is responsible for the maintenance, preservation and security of the community’s technical equipment and software, as well as IT support for residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

The requirements listedthroughout this job description are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. Responsibilities:- Community network functionality and security- On-site support for technical equipment and administration- Maintaining the medical administration system Qualifications:- A passion for working with seniors- Three (3) years of IT administrative experience preferably in assisted living, full service, skilled nursing and/or hospitality industries- Ability to handle multiple priorities- Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate small group presentations- Competent in organizational, time management skills- Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and Sunrise applications with the ability to learn new applications- Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours, available for our customers at peak service delivery days and times
