The Business Office Manager (BOM) is primarily responsible for revenue cycle management. This includes but is not limited to: accounts payable and receivable, billing, HR and payroll, record keeping, data management and information system reports. The Business Office Manager assures accurate and efficient information in accordance with professional accounting practices and government regulation. The BOM also resolve balance disputes as needed/requested from responsible parties/residents. Assists families with applications and answers questions they may have.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of medical office management practices is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
