We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Hardscape Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a Hardscape Team Member, you will be responsible for constructing and installing various hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor living spaces. You will work closely with our team to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Install various hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor living spaces, according to project plans and specifications
- Prepare and level the ground, ensuring proper drainage and stability
- Lay pavers, bricks, stones, and other materials to create aesthetically pleasing and functional hardscape designs
- Operate and maintain various tools and equipment such as compactors, saws, and hand tools
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction
Requirements:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
