We place a high emphasis on building relationships with our patients that focus on comfortable dental appointments and quality driven outcomes. We have found great success in treating our patients the way we would want to be treated. We have an amazing work schedule! We are seeing and treating patients on Tuesday-Thursday only. Potential for more days if needed. Our staff currently enjoy 3 to 4 day weekends!

Our office is growing and is in need of someone to help with office administration. The ideal candidate would have some previous dental experience, whether front desk or assisting.
We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients, scheduling appointments, assisting front office staff in helping to coordinating patient care plans, and managing medical records. The ideal candidate will have prior dental experience and is flexible. We are looking for someone to help out with front office work, ie insurance verification (can provide training), collecting patient portion of payment and coordinating with and verifying patient insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling patient appointments and follow-up visits.
- Coordinating patient care.
- Collecting Payments
- Sending Claims and following up with insurance
- Assisting patients with insurance and financial questions.
- Maintaining patient records and updating them as needed.
- Monitoring patient progress and providing support to patients and families.
- Coordinating referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
