Sunrise Blvd. Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative in the Citrus Heights area wanting an opportunity to work in a progressive small animal hospital.
Hours are 8a-5p Monday through Friday!

Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s) must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, good computer skills, and the ability to multitask, the ability to use email/fax and multi-line telephone in addition to handling money is a must. Previous experience using Cornerstone is preferred.

It is the goal of our Receptionists to work with teammates to provide each client with the best customer service experience of their day. This is accomplished during client check-in/check-out, scheduling, answering telephones, making educated recommendations according to hospital protocol, as well as reading and understanding medical records.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
