Job Title: Inventory Planner/ Materials Planner
Location: Portsmouth, NH 03801
Duration: 12 months( with possible extension later )

Job Role:

• The MRO Inventory Coordinator Level 1 is responsible for the management of the MRO inventory to maximize material availability and maintain proper stocking levels.
• ​This position supports site personnel in the proper selection and issuing of materials. Identifies and implements improvements in the MRO inventory system to maintain proper inventory information

Key Accountabilities and Duties:

• Receives MRO inventory items for labeling and proper stocking
• Kits materials for SAP work order requirements
• Performs cycle counts as required by the Finance/Accounting Departments
• Maintains SAP materials information in order to keep stock accurate
• Works with outside vendors on selection and proper stocking of MRO inventory items
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications/Skills:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1 – 3 years' experience with MRO stocking process, preferably biopharma or similar GMP plant experience - A working knowledge of store room functionality. Mechanical ability a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, excellent written and communication skills. SAP PM Module experience a plus.
• The ability and desire to work in a fast paced challenging environment. Desire to interact in a professional, helpful manner with both internal and external customers at all levels.
• The ability to work in a fast paced rapidly changing environment which takes pride in providing the highest level of service to our internal customers. High level of professionalism and helpful with staff at all levels within the organization on a regular basis.
