Our organization is currently in need of a Behavior Technician to work with children between the ages of 3 and 5. You will work closely with parents and caregivers to provide individualized treatment to each client. You will teach appropriate behaviors, techniques and tools that help these children improve communication skills, interpersonal skills, and behavioral comprehension. As a Behavior Technician, you should be compassionate and enjoy connecting with people. We are looking for someone who can handle working on a team but also knows when to take the lead. We expect you to have experience working with young children. Ultimately, your goal will be supporting these children in their home and community settings, while developing positive relationships with their families while reducing emotional stressors for the families. Additionally, you will work closely with Dr. Kim on a weekly basis. This job is a PERFECT opportunity for individuals working towards their BCBA/BCaBA certification and is in need of supervision hours.
