Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring for a Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with individuals withWe dedicate our time to providing all of our Behavior Techs with the necessary online and hands-on training to become successful and confident in the comprehensive approach of ABA

Responsibilities:
- Help individuals work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
- Provides behavior assistance/interventions to assigned clients
- Document individual's progress and milestones
- Follow and implement behavior plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts
Qualifications:
- Passion for working with individuals with special needs
- Strong communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current CPR certification
- CPI (preferred)
