Overview:
High-energy pediatric dental office seeking qualified dental assistant to join our already awesome team! We utilize the newest technology and provide comprehensive care to our patients. We center around a positive work environment for all and keep a fun, yet professional vibe. Clinic hours are 8-4:30 (M-Th) 8-12 (Fridays). We offer a competitive wage with benefits including PTO/paid holidays/health insurance stipend; RDA license is required for this position.

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge of dental procedures and patient care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic dental practice environment.
Responsibilities:
-Check in/out patients and schedule patient appointments
-Answer phone and assist with patient requests
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Prepare patients for dental work
- Take and record vital signs of patients
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
- Take dental X-rays when necessary
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft software or other dental-related software
- Knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Ability to perform patient assessments effectively
- Experience with X-Ray procedures
- Familiarity with medical records management
- Tech savvy & experience with social media marketing
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist would be beneficial
