Sunny Days Dental is a general dental private practice in East Austin that strives to provide quality, comfortable dentistry to all adults and children in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We are searching for a front desk lead aka patient concierge to join our team! As such, the ideal candidate loves to talk to people, cultivates respectful and honest communication, has good command of their environment and those around them and loves the idea of helping grow the business from the front line. The role is suitable for someone who is proactive in establishing, maintaining and addressing direct and indirect patient relationships as this is the key ambassador for our practice.

Responsibilities include answering the phone, coordinating appointments, greeting and checking in patients, treatment presentation and payment arrangements, addressing insurance and patient aging reports. As we are a PPO/FFS practice, prior knowledge of insurance verification and benefits and breakdown would be helpful!

***2 years DENTAL experience minimum***

Mon/Wed 7:30am to 4pm

Tues/Thurs 9:30am to 6pm

Position is for 3 days/week. M/W/Th, with possible hours on Tuesday.
