Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills. This role involves assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining a positive shopping experience.

Duties:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to meet customer needs
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Restock merchandise and ensure products are displayed attractively
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the management
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Experience:

- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse customers
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of jewelry sales or willingness to learn
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
- Familiarity with cash register operations
- Experience in stock management is beneficial
- Previous experience in wireless sales is advantageous
