Store Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, sales management experience, and the ability to drive results.

Duties:
- Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct employee orientation, training, and development programs
- Recruit, interview, and hire new team members as needed
- Ensure inventory levels are maintained and stock is organized effectively
- Oversee cash register operations and ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner

Skills:
- Proven experience in retail sales management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to conduct interviews and recruit top talent
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
- Proficient in using cash registers and POS systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.77 - $23.60 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week
