Overview:

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a focus on providing an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels
- Process customer orders efficiently
- Promote sales and special promotions to customers

Requirements:

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic technical sales concepts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Prior experience in jewelry sales is advantageous
- Proficient in phone etiquette

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
