As a Car Sales Representative at Southlake Autogroup, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, driving revenue and fostering customer relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs while providing an exceptional buying experience. This role requires a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Educate customers about vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and accompany customers on vehicle inspections.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and maximize profitability.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet sales targets and achieve dealership objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
