Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a strong ability to communicate effectively.

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about products and services
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales
- Assist in inventory management and restocking

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales preferred
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Knowledge of retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
- Experience in technical sales or multilingual abilities are advantageous

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
