Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product information and demonstrate features through product demos - Process sales transactions using cash registers and POS systems - Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers - Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor Skills: - Proficient in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus - Experience with cash register operations and handling cash transactions - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers - Knowledge of electronics, jewelry, or wireless sales is preferred - Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts - Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a tidy sales floor We offer competitive pay and opportunities for career growth within our company.
