Job Overview:
SRB Manager oversees all aspects of stabilized rice bran production. Responsible of meeting all safety, quality, and production company standards/goals. Plans production & schedules labor around milling plan and sales orders requirements. Provides leadership to direct reports through coaching and driving a culture of safety, quality and accountability. Maintains and reports all production records via reports and SAP. Maintains and keeps track of all materials, production lot codes and retain samples.

Duties:

• Oversee all Safety, Quality and Production of SRB.

• Oversee day to day production.

• Create and Update packing schedule.

• Coordinate outbound loads with shipping department and customer.

• Monitor production, keep records and provide reporting.

• Keep working area clean and organize.

• Schedule equipment Sanitation and maintain records.

• Oversee materials inventory.

•Train and develop new and existing SRB operators.

•Ensure safety compliance.

•Optimize Production

•Maximize efficiency.

•Implement best practices.

•Assist in other areas of operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 per year
