Job Title: Evening Nurse - RN

Location: Elmore Assisted Living - Elmore, MN

Schedule: Full-Time Evening Shift, Every Other Weekend, and Rotating On-Call

Pay: $35-$50/hour (Weekend Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour additional on weekends)

RN Overview:

• Plan, provide, and monitor nursing care for our residents, including creating and updating individualized care plans to ensure their best interests are always prioritized.
• Conduct clinical assessments of residents' health status, documenting findings accurately and comprehensively.
• Monitor the status of chronic illnesses and oversee the administration of medications, ensuring residents receive the proper care and support they need.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments, external providers, staff, and families to coordinate comprehensive care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs.
• Keep residents' families and involved parties informed by reporting any changes in their health or care plans promptly and accurately.
• Promote hospitality by delivering exceptional customer service to residents and their families, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment.
• Respond promptly to any emergency needs of residents, taking decisive action and documenting follow-up procedures appropriately.

RN Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
• Prior experience in nursing care, particularly in geriatric care settings, is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
