Job Title: Floating Nurse - Assessments and Floor Nursing

Overview:

Sunflower Communities is seeking a skilled and compassionate Floating Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide healthcare services to our assisted living facilities, as well all assessments for potential residents for both of our communities. As a Floating Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and attention.

Floating Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

· Complete assessments for patients in assisted living facilities and other healthcare facilities in Western and Southwest Minnesota.

· Monitor patients’ vital signs and provide necessary interventions.

· Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients’ needs are met.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

· Fill in on the floor at either Nagel or Elmore assisted living to make up a full-time work week.

Floating Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

· Current RN license in Minnesota.

· Flexibility to work variable hours and travel to different healthcare facilities.

· Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

· Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.

· Experience in geriatric care is preferred.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
