Manage and schedule multiple customer accounts through the inspection process working with internal business partners and keeping the customer informed throughout the process. Track process changes for several solar offices across the nation. Complete ownership of the inspection process despite other parties having control over certain steps. Engage with remote-based employees (inspection technicians, office assistants, operations managers) to successfully schedule, execute and document all field work in outlined scope. Maximize schedule efficiencies and resource allocation via enhanced workforce planning tools and techniques. Participate on a team and build your knowledge for key projects and software implementations
