Qualifications for the Licensed Real Estate Property Manager:

• Must posses active Real Estate License in the State of Arizona
• Real Estate experience is required
• Property Management experience is required
• Reliable form of transportation is required
• Appfolio experience is a plus

Responsibilities for the Licensed Real Estate Property Manager:

• Supervising multiple properties and enforcing regulations
• Writing leases and renewals
• Collecting and depositing rents
• Keeping grounds clean on our properties
• Maintaining permits and licenses for properties
• Advertising and showing vacant apartments
• Directing and contacting vendors
• Driving to properties
• Managing maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
