Denali Real Estate is Hiring a Full-Time Residential Property Management Administrator Near Mesa, AZ

Real Estate experience not required. Denali Real Estate, is a industry leading residential property management company located in Mesa, AZ. We are looking to add a full-time member to our team. Hours would be Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm in our Mesa office. Preference will be given to those with experience specific to the items below. In-depth hands-on training will be provided over an extended period of time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Handle incoming tenant calls and emails regarding maintenance needs.
  • Log maintenance requests into our property management software.
  • Coordinate the completion of open maintenance work orders with our list of approved vendors.
  • Request quotes from vendors when required.
  • Work closely with our property management team on a continual basis for work approvals, updates and other important items.
  • Document work order progress in our property management software and close out completed work orders.
  • Communicate - Must have the ability to communicate with our customers in a professional manner both verbally and in written form.
  • Assisting with other related miscellaneous projects as needed

We have a defined process that can easily be followed for completing the above assigned items. Training is provided and real estate experience is not required.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Clean criminal history & drug free
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Knowledge of computer use (MS Word, Excel, Gmail, Internet)
  • Time management and communication skills are essential
  • The ability to stay organized and work well with others
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work in a small office environment.
  • A high level of attention to detail is key
